Moving from a heavy weight user interface to a clear, easy to understand UI that works fine on a mobile device, which considers big fonts for relevant information, heavy contrast colors to find relevant data without training, information architecture analysis to cover all little business details and more important, test the prototype with final users so validations can be made on real environment situations and not only on assumptions that could lead to functional issues on the implementation phase.
